New Student Online Registration Application Assistance

Select from the drop down menu the appropriate response:

  1. New Application: if you have never entered your email address at the site
    • Please use your email address to create an account.  A password will be emailed to you for future uses.
  2. Returning to create a new application: if you have entered your email address before but did not save your application or if you have multiple children to submit applications for and have already completed the first one
    • Please use the email address you created your account with and the password that was emailed to you.
  3. Returning to complete a saved application: if you have entered your email and have not completed your application
    • Please use the email address you created your account with and the password that was emailed to you.

Complete all required fields for the Online Registration Application:

  1. Click Next to move through each page (3-4) or
  2. Click Save and Exit if you need to come back to finish

 

**Please be sure to fill out information for both Parents on the Household Information page.  If you have dual households, you may add a second household by checking the box next to Student Has Two Households. Please consult with the member of the second household before filling out their information then click Household Two at the bottom of the page.  If you cannot fill out this information do not select Student Has Two Households, but contact Admissions Coordinator about the situation.

Download forms (as part of the Online Registration Application):

  • Extended Day Program Information
  • *Health History and Emergency Authorization Forms
  • *Physical Examination Form
  • Tuition Information
  • *Tuition Payment Options Form

*Indicates a document is required for the application process and must be turned into the School Office.

**Downloading Instructions:

To download any form select it​ from the drop down menu next to “Select Form to Download”. The form will automatically download to your computer. Print to complete and return to the School Office.

THE DOWNLOADS DROP DOWN MENU MUST BE BLANK IN ORDER TO SAVE AND EXIT YOUR REGISTRATION APPLICATION.

Pay $200 Registration Fee (as part of the Online Registration Application):

Pay the $200 Registration fee by selecting Pay Fee and following the directions on the page. This fee is non-refundable. Exit out of the site when you have finished making your payment.

  • Click Yes in the popup after you have exited out of the payment site if you have paid your registration fee.

Submit Your Application:

  1. Verify and Agree by checking the “I verify I have read and agree:” box
  2. Click Submit Application. Verify that you are sure you want to submit the application. You may not make any changes to the application after it is submitted.

After You Submit Your Online Application:

You will receive an email once your application has been received with further information.

  1. Required Documents to Turn into School Office:
    1. Copy of birth certificate
    2. Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
    3. Tuition Payment Options Form (available online)
    4. Health History/Emergency Authorization Forms (available online)
    5. Physical Examination Form (available online)
    6. Educational Needs Record (if applicable)

 

The application process is not complete until all documents are received by the School Office.

Requests for Student Record (only if your child is entering 1st-8th grade) will be given to you by our Admissions Coordinator, Maggie Wright.

Financial Aid Packets are available from the Parish Office.
