St. Patrick Center Casserole Ministry

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conference at St. Joseph parish sponsors the St. Patrick Center Casserole ministry to provide frozen, unbaked casseroles to St. Patrick Center every month for the homeless.

Volunteers are welcome to retrieve an aluminum pan and lid each month from a table in the St. Joseph Room. Recipes are located below and on the table in the St. Joseph Room. We then collect the frozen, unbaked casseroles in the Gathering Area in church and deliver them the second Wednesday of the month.

St. Patrick’s Center has asked us to provide four specific casseroles –  recipes are below.
