VOLUNTEERING – Have Fun While Helping!

We need you to make our picnic a success!

Please consider working at least one 2.5-hour shift as many hands are needed to make this important event a success. There are more than 400 volunteer shifts that must be filled.

2024 PICNIC SCHEDULE

JULY 12
FRIDAY
5-11pm

5PM
Rides, games and food booths will be open.

6PM – 11PM
Alex from Y98 St. Louis will be singing, playing the guitar and DJing.

Cantina will be serving tacos, nachos, chips, salsa, queso and guacamole.

Lizzy Lou’s Shaved Ice will be shavin’ up summertime goodness in front of the concession stand through Saturday.

BBQ tent will be grilling kabobs.

Other returning items are margaritas, craft beer trailers and Ski soda.

ALL NIGHT
Eat, Drink, Dance to Music, and Have Fun!

JULY 13
SATURDAY
11am-11pm

Rides, games and food booths will be open.
Smoked BBQ from Anna’s Flying Pigs will be served throughout the day with carry-outs available.

Kids Zone bounce houses inside the gymnasium.

1PM
St. Joseph Parish Picnic Band
Under the direction of Mr. Larry Johnson, our St. Joseph Parish Picnic Band will play under the big tent.

1:30PM
Spunky Beans twisty balloon creations in the gymnasium.

2PM
St. Joseph Parish Picnic Jazz Band will perform under the big tent.

3:30PM
Irish Dancing. Clarkson School of Irish Dance will perform in the cafeteria.

8PM
Live Music – Steve Ewing Band will perform on the main stage.

9:45PM
