NOTES

Presale Armband purchases can be picked up Friday, July 7th, starting at 10:00 AM in the cafeteria. The recipient of the armband must be present at time of pick-up.

Presale ends on Wednesday, July 5th but items can still be purchased during the picnic ($50/armband).

VOLUNTEERING – Have Fun While Helping!

We need you to make our picnic a success!

Please consider working at least one 2.5-hour shift as many hands are needed to make this important event a success. There are more than 650 volunteer shifts that must be filled.

JULY 7
FRIDAY
5-11pm

5PM
Rides, games and food booths will be open.

6PM – 11PM
Jake from Y98 St. Louis will be singing, playing the guitar and DJing.

O’Kane’s Kitchen will be serving tacos, nachos, chips, salsa, queso and guacamole.

La Chata will be serving their famous margaritas.

Lizzy Lou’s Shaved Ice will be shavin’ up summertime goodness in front of the concession stand through Saturday.

BBQ tent will be grilling kabobs.

Other returning items are Ski soda and the craft beer trailers.

Eat, Drink, Dance to Music, and Have Fun!

JULY 8
SATURDAY

Rides, games and food booths will be open.
Smoked BBQ from Anna’s Flying Pigs will be served throughout the day with carry-outs available.

11AM-7PM
Kids Zone bounce houses inside the gymnasium.

1PM
St. Joseph Parish Picnic Band
Under the direction of Mr. Larry Johnson, our St. Joseph Parish Picnic Band will play under the big tent.

1:30PM
Spunky Beans twisty balloon creations in the gymnasium.

2PM
St. Joseph Parish Picnic Jazz Band will perform under the big tent.

3:45PM
Irish Dancing. Clarkson School of Irish Dance will perform in the cafeteria.

6PM
Mega Cash Raffle Drawing

8PM
Live Music – Last Gnome Standing will perform on the main stage.
