Registration Overview

You will be registering each family member individually on the form pages.
Family members may be entered in any order.

Please be prepared to complete all family members information. Take your time and review each member’s information before moving to the next.

STEP 1 – Add a Primary Parent Contact and Family Info below.
**If the parent contact is going on the trip, make sure to include him/her in the Total Number.

STEP 2 – Add each family member’s trip information.
Below select the total number of family members going – there will be a separate page for each member.

STEP 3 – Submit your completed form and receive email confirmation.
After you submit your information you will receive a confirmation email (to the Primary Contact’s email address), that will include all of the form information (including an attached PDF file).

NOTE:
Be prepared to complete all family members information – you will not be able to save a partially completed form.
Info needed includes:
– email addresses
– cell phone #’s
– t-shirt sizes, (Youth Small-Large; Adult Small-XXLarge)
– shared room details if you’re sharing
