What: 2018 St. Joseph Parish Dinner Auction.

When: Saturday, April 7th 2018

Where: St. Joseph Parish Hall

Why: The proceeds will assist offsetting the cost of furnishing the Parish Hall. There will also be a Fund-A-Need oral auction to support tuition assistance for parents who send their children to our Parish School.

Who: Adults, 18+ years old

Tickets: $100 per person.  Tickets will go on sale Thursday, February 1st, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (online only – limit 4 tickets per order).  Seating is limited.

Ticket Purchase Details: Register at the online auction website (Gesture), and purchase tickets online starting February 1st at 10:00 a.m.
NOTE: Due to space limitations, the maximum purchase quantity per individual is 4 tickets. Ticket orders above 4 will be returned and refunded, (e.g. if 6 tickets are ordered, 2 will be refunded). Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.

What’s Included: The event includes beer/wine, passed appetizers, a sit down served dinner, coffee/dessert, live entertainment and the auction! Well drinks are available for an extra donation to the church.

Attire: Black-Tie Optional

Online Auction Participation: If you are unable to attend, you can still participate from home! Take part in the evening with online bidding from your computer or mobile device. Register at the online auction website (Gesture).

Sponsorships:  Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorships are available. View and download information below.

Item Donations: Donations are being accepted through March 1, 2018. Donate an item, product or professional service to the parish office, Monday-Friday between 8am – 3pm. Please remember that items must be new or antiques in “like new” condition.

Monetary Donations:  Cash and check donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and will help offset the cost of the auction, allowing more of the proceeds to directly benefit the parish.  Please be sure to note “auction” on your check.

 

Remember that all parishioners will benefit from our new Parish Hall.  Many social gatherings, (Sunday breakfasts, funeral luncheons, anniversary receptions, parish dinners, Confirmation, First Communion and Baptism receptions, etc.) and meetings will be held in the Hall.  Any gift to our first Annual Dinner Auction is greatly appreciated.
