Many hands make light work! The dinner auction is the largest fundraiser for St. Joseph Parish and School and is not possible without a tremendous amount of help!
Please consider signing up to help us make this wonderful night a success. Limited childcare will be offered during set up on Thursday, April 13th.
This year we are excited to invite 8th graders to help with various jobs and would be a great way for them to earn service hours and be a part of this special evening!

How do I see the auction items?
All items can be viewed online at one.bidpal.net/stjoecot.
What can I bid on? Do I have to be in attendance to bid on the live auction?
Must be present to bid on live auction items; however, silent auction is open to all with a registered account. Click the link above to register to bid.
When does bidding begin?
Bidding on silent auction, and raffles will open on April 15th at 4:30 pm and close at 9:30 pm.
What do I need to bid? What do I need to register?
ALL supporters need to create an account on bidpal, and have a valid credit card on file to bid on both live and silent items. Please check your account prior to the 15th to add it.
I won an item, now what?
My item doesn’t come with anything physical, do I still need to pick something up?
YES! All items come with a bag that will contain information pertinent to the item. (i.e. if you win a trip, information is provided on who to contact, dates available, etc.)
What if I can’t pick-up my item during the available times?
Lastly, if special arrangements need to be made for pick-up please contact the auction committee at auction@stjoecot.org. All items unclaimed by Friday, April 28th will be considered “forfeited” and will be donated back to the parish for other use.

Doors Open at 5:00 p.m.
Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Silent Auction between 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Live Auction at 8:00 p.m.
After Party: immediately following the auction ’til 11:00pm.
Where: St. Joseph Parish Hall
Why: All proceeds will go directly to St. Joseph Parish.
Who: Adults, 18+ years old
What’s Included: The event includes beer/wine, appetizer stations, a sit-down dinner, coffee/dessert, live entertainment, and the auction! Well drinks are available for purchase.
Attire: Black-Tie Optional
Online Auction Participation: If you’re unable to attend, you can still participate from home! Online bidding available for the Silent Auction – register on the online auction website. *Must be present to participate in the Live Auction.
Immediately following the auction, until 11:00pm
