St. Charles County Dept. Of Public Health Vaccine Information

Dear Parishioners,
Recently, the St. Charles County Department of Public Health asked if our church would be a vaccination location for the community. We have consulted with the Archdiocese regarding this request, and along with the archdiocese we believe that this is a positive community outreach.
The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be available at the Parish Hall on Sunday, June 27th, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., for anyone who is interested. The second dose of the vaccine will be available on Sunday, July 18th, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
As a vaccination site, our parish is solely providing the location for this clinic. The St. Charles County Department of Health will be fully operating the clinic, providing medical professionals, distributing the vaccines and scheduling follow-up appointments.
It is important to note that the only vaccine which will be distributed at our parish is the Pfizer vaccine. For more information regarding the morality surrounding COVID-19 vaccines from the Archdiocese of St. Louis, the Missouri Catholic Conference and the USCCB, please read the statements from the respective organizations
Archdiocese St. Louis Statement on COVID-19 Vaccine
Missouri Catholic Conference Statement on COVID-19 Vaccine
USCCB Statement on COVID-19 Vaccine
More information about the COVID-19 vaccine and clinic locations is available on the St. Charles County Department of Public Health website at https://www.sccmo.org/394/Public-Health.
God Bless,
      Monsignor Callahan
